Applet errors and delays

Between approximately 3:15pm and 4:40pm PDT, some users may have encountered delays with Applet runs, and errors when trying to enable, disable, or delete them. The underlying issue was identified and measures were put in place to prevent a future occurrence. Our apologies to our users that were affected by this error.
