We've confirmed that reconnecting affected services (Connexoon, Connexoon Asia & Oceania, Somfy Connected Thermostat, Somfy Protect, TaHoma, TaHoma Asia & Oceania, and TaHoma North America) restores all functionality.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to fully resolve this incident from our end.
